Golden Health Opportunities Africa (GHOA) is a nonprofit organization based in Uganda, committed to improving public health and providing essential healthcare services to underserved communities. Our mission is to reduce the gap in access to affordable healthcare through public health interventions, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation, water and sanitation, menstrual hygiene education, gender-based violence prevention, and more.

  • Orthopedic Rehabilitation Camp: Join us for an upcoming orthopedic rehabilitation camp, where we will provide physical therapy, medical consultations, and assistive devices for individuals recovering from injuries or disabilities.

  • WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) Awareness Campaign: Our team will be conducting an awareness campaign to educate communities on the importance of clean water, proper sanitation, and personal hygiene. Join us in spreading the word about how these simple steps can drastically improve health outcomes.

  • Menstrual Hygiene Education Workshops: We will be hosting workshops that aim to reduce the stigma surrounding menstruation and teach young girls and women how to manage menstrual health in a hygienic and comfortable way.
